Who We Are And Our Objective

     We are a Father/Daughter team with over 40 years experience in residential, commercial and private money real estate financing.  Our objective is to assist you, our client, in obtaining real estate financing that meets your specific needs and goals.  We provide professional and quality service that you will not find anywhere else. We dedicate ourselves to find the best rate and the best program the market has to offer.   We are approved with approximately 60 different lenders, which means we can facilitate ANY type of real estate loan. You will always have a variety of options to choose from when you talk to us.

      Our first step is meeting you.  We take pride in meeting our clients face to face so that we get to know you personally.  After we get to know you, we start the application process where we obtain your personal information.  This can be taken in person, via e-mail or over the telephone.  Once we receive your loan application, we contact our lender team, title/escrow and realtor professionals so that we can all work together to ensure a  smooth loan transaction.  After your loan has been approved, and your loan documents are ready to be signed, we attend your signing with you to answer any questions that may arise. 

      Remember:  Our time is your time.  We make ourselves available whenever you need us, day or night.   You are our top priority and you will receive priority attention.  Give us the opportunity and we’ll make it happen.
